All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on made-to-order pieces.

Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. This includes confirming your ring size, metal selection, customizations, and any spelling or design choices.

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@violetmadejewelry.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’re happy to work with you to resolve any mistakes on our part.
